Due to the nature of digital products, the AItoolfly boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.
We do not warrant that AItoolfly will:Meet all your requirementsOperate uninterruptedBe error-freeThis Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
AItoolfly provides no warranty regarding software quality or fitness for purposeNot liable for:Loss of profitsIndirect lossesSpecial lossesConsequential damagesLiability limited to the amount actually paid by you
AItoolfly is not responsible for what users do with user-generated content.

This Agreement is governed by Singapore lawNo joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and AItoolflyYou agree not to represent yourself as AItoolfly's representative, agent, or employeeLast updated: January 10, 2025
